Charlotte helps non-profits build the strategy, structure and culture to tackle economic systems change and actively dismantle oppression. She is co-founder of the New Economy Organisers Network and the Finance Innovation Lab and Chair of Future Economy Scotland.

Florence is Director of the Environmental Funders Network, which helps funders to be more effective, encourages new donors to support environmental causes and supports the environment sector to bring in more resources. She sits on the boards of the grantmaking trust Gower Street and the Hedgerley Wood Trust.

Andres is the founder of the Bio-Leadership Project, director of the Bio-Leadership Fellowship, and co-initiator of the Philanthropy Lab. Dedicated to new forms of progress that work with nature, he is an advisor to pioneering, life-centred organisations including Patagonia, Aviva Investors, and numerous regenerative organisations and movements.

Hannah is a regenerative organisation specialist. She founded The Teal Collective, which works with organisations to learn from the wisdom of nature.
